Do you take Custom Orders?

No. I do not accept requests, knock off design ideas or requests on older/sold out items. Once it's gone, it's gone. No exceptions!

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Which payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, EsChenee.com only accepts payments made through PayPal. Forms of Payments Include : Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal and E-Check. Please be aware that E-Checks take 3-5 Days to clear before the order is processed and shipped out.

Do you offer gift cards?

Unfortunately we do not offer physical Gift Cards, However we do offer E-GiftCards. E-GiftCards are electronic Gift Cards issued via Email and can be used for anything on EsChenee.com. They do not expire and each has it's own special Card Number. These make  GREAT gifts for someone you're not exactly sure which items they'll love the most & want to let them pick.

What is your return policy?

We do NOT offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit. Please contact EsCheneeCouture@gmail.com before exchanging any items. All Swimwear and sale items are final sale.

EsChenee.com reserves the right to refuse any returns/exchanges.

  • Contact EsChenee.com before exchanging any items. We do not offer REFUNDS.

  • You can exchange the product within 14 days of delivery for another item or store credit.

  • The product must be in new condition, not worn or washed.

  • To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.

  • All Swimwear are final sale

  • All Sale items are final sale

  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees​
